And so it begins...

If there's one thing I've learned in the years leading up to this moment it's that no plan goes to plan! I would like to share this adventure and some of my unmade plans with you. If you're happy to oblige then please read on.

Since I left the UK on 15th May 2022 I heard very little about COVID and was only asked for my vaccination documents once. This was set to change on the final leg in Asia, but that's another story... Thankfully, things changed for the better, at least for overland travel that is.

I am so lucky and grateful to have had the opportunity to fulfill this part of my dream. My thoughts go out to those who are unable to experience something as amazing as I did.

To all people, cultures and countries suffering from oppression, aggression and war, who just want to lead normal and peaceful lives, my only wish is that you might eventually have peace and security.
